Founded in 2025 by Braden Prochazka, Operation Revival is a community-driven initiative committed to saving lives and restoring hope in our neighborhoods. Our focus is on equipping residents, volunteers, and community organizations with free access to naloxone (commonly known by its brand name, Narcan) and the education needed to act quickly when an opioid overdose occurs.
At the heart of Operation Revival is a commitment to harm reduction—an evidence-based approach that seeks to reduce the risks and consequences associated with substance use while treating every individual with dignity, compassion, and respect. We believe that keeping people alive, supported, and connected to resources creates the opportunity for recovery and long-term healing.
Operation Revival partners with community centers, schools, organizations, shelters, recovery facilities, and local health departments to expand access to lifesaving resources and education. We also cater group meals for individuals in recovery and share those meals with them, creating meaningful conversations and fostering genuine human connection throughout their recovery journeys. In addition, we donate ping pong tables, music equipment, video games, and other recreational supplies to these facilities to help lift residents' spirits, encourage community, and promote positive mental well-being.
Operation Revival is built on the belief in second chances. Whether providing Narcan, advancing harm reduction initiatives, or supporting the mental and emotional challenges that recovery often brings, we are committed to walking alongside our community partners and the individuals courageously working to rebuild their lives. Through every step of the journey, we strive to offer hope, compassion, and the resources needed to make recovery possible.
