OUR MISSION
Founded in 2025 by Braden Prochazka, Operation Revival is a community-driven initiative, committed to saving lives and restoring hope in our aneighborhoods. Our afocus is on equipping residents, volunteers, and community organizations with free access to naloxone (commonly known by its brand name Narcan) and the education needed to act quickly when an opioid overdose occurs.
Operation Revival partners with community centers, schools, faith-based organizations, shelters, and local health departments to:
- Distribute free naloxone kits to individuals and community-based groups.
- Provide brief, accessible training sessions on how to recognise an opioid overdose (for example: respiratory depression, unresponsiveness, pinpoint pupils) and how to administer naloxone safely.
- Facilitate community conversations about substance use, stigma, and harm reduction—because saving someone’s life often begins with reducing shame and empowering bystanders.
- Build a network of “first-responders” in everyday life—friends, family members, neighbors, community workers—so that when an overdose happens, the necessary tools and knowledge are already nearby.
With Operation Revival, we believe that access matters—and timing matters. Every minute counts in an overdose. By putting naloxone in the hands of everyday people and providing the knowledge to use it, we are not just reacting; we are proactively equipping communities to protect their own. We know that everyone deserves a second chance in life, and Narcan, resources, and support can provide just that.
